It was sickening to watch the President's Health Care Forum which was merely a platform to demonstrate the pompous arrogance of a corrupt and vile federal government. All the major villains were present and posturing for the camera, and I prayed for an explosion to rip through Blair House at that particular moment. The star of this elaborate show was B.O. himself. At least I think it was him.
The charming and charismatic Obama of the presidential campaign was missing, but in his place was a condescending and arrogant little tyrant. His belittling remarks and his smirky lecturing reminded me of clips I have seen of Hitler or Mussolini. His body language and haughty attitude reminded me of Idi Amin or Hugo Chavez. It is important to note, that B.O. doesn't care if I have health care or not as long as he gets his way. Nobody would talk to members of the Senate in that manner except, perhaps, Ceasar and we all know what happened to him. I was embarrassed for some of those Senators.
It is not that our Senate deserves respect, because they haven't earned it, but B.O. displays the same attitude toward we, the people, and that's the problem. We do not need a President who thinks we are too stupid to know what is good for us. We have already said that we do not want the government mandating health care, but it doesn't matter to him. B.O. told us as much at that summit. Many of the members of the socialist left are echoing B.O.'s attitude. Nancy Pelosi said we will get health care whether we want it or not. Bill Mahr said "that Americans are too stupid to know what they want."
Bill Mahr may have a point. If we listen to people like him and if we keep people like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in office, then there is no question in my mind that Stupid is the king in this country. If we allow B.O. to ram this unwanted health care down our throats, then we are stupid. Smart people know that we have a Constitution that protects us, and by the same token we need to protect the Constitution so it will work.
We have allowed the Constitution to be weakened by people with a socialist agenda; a one world government agenda and B.O.'s mandated health care is just one more step in the destruction of said Constitution. If B.O. really cared about health care, then he'd be willing to start over with a new plan as some Republican Senators suggested, but that isn't what B.O. really cares about. He has to push his socialist agenda for three reasons.
