Okay, so we all know it’s already gone to hell in a handbasket. The questions are, “What do we do? How do we do it? Who is going to lead the charge?” I propose the plan below. It must be fully integrated into our daily lives, our working lives, our spiritual lives, our children’s lives, and our pets’ and animals’ lives. In short, we, the citizens of the United States of America, must declare to ourselves, our families and friends, that this plan is the foundation on which we soundly and unitedly stand. There can be no deviation from the plan below. Read it, memorize it, live by it, and things will truly CHANGE for the better.
1. It's alright if people have different opinions and express different emotions from others. You don’t have to arrive at consensus and be meek and mild mannered. Speak your mind, and voice your personal opinions. Worship the deity of your choice, openly and free of harm, or worship no deity at all. The choice is yours, and all choices are allowed. Gather yourselves together in groups, peacefully. Bring your complaints to the federal government and demand that they fix it. Write letters and stories for the press. If you are the press, bring your opinion into your newspaper and report the stories that you believe are important. Allow uniqueness to happen; being totally unique is what America is all about.
2. To live free, you must assume the responsibility of protecting that freedom by owning a firearm, ammunition, and knowing exactly when and how to use it. Network out, and form local and regional groups that, when gathered together, can defend your local and regional areas.
3. During times of peace, it’s your choice to either offer housing to a military soldier or not. In times of war, check the laws first.
4. Your home is your castle, your nest. It contains all of your “stuff”. Know that you and your stuff are safe and secure from law enforcement and military intrusions without a specific Warrant. A specific Warrant is one that states: why they want to search, the exact location to be searched, who they hope to arrest, or what they hope to find and take with them as evidence of the crime they claim has been committed. And the Warrant must be “sworn to” as the real truth by a human being.
5. You can only be charged with a capital crime by a Grand Jury, unless you’re in the military during war or dangerous times. You can only be charged once for the same crime. In all criminal charges, you never have to witness against yourself. You don't have to explain, define, or engage in any conversation except to maybe say, "I want to speak to my attorney." No one can take your property or freedom without going through the judicial system. Your private property cannot be taken for the benefit of the All, the public, without fair and reasonable payment.
6. If you are charged criminally, authorities must explain the charges to you and why they believe you are guilty. All criminal trials must be held publically in the locale where the crime was committed and soon after a criminal charge has been brought. In a trial you can question those who witness against you, you can demand that other witnesses testify, and you can have your own defense attorney.
7. In civil legal cases, you can demand a trial by jury if the disputed amount is greater than $20. Whatever a jury decides in a civil case stands forever. No court in the land can overturn a jury’s decision in civil matters, unless the rules of common law have not been followed.
