The Changing of America News
This website promotes adherence to the United States' Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution and Amendments. Its the opinion of this website that if you don't like the U.S. Law of the Land, you should: 1) Change the U.S. Law of the Land, legally, through ratification by the States, or 2) Move to a country with laws that you like.

The People's Plan
By Toni Thayer
March 12, 2010

Okay, so we all know it’s already gone to hell in a handbasket.  The questions are, “What do we do?  How do we do it?  Who is going to lead the charge?”  I propose the plan below.  It must be fully integrated into our daily lives, our working lives, our spiritual lives, our children’s lives, and our pets’ and animals’ lives.  In short, we, the citizens of the United States of America, must declare to ourselves, our families and friends, that this plan is the foundation on which we soundly and unitedly stand.  There can be no deviation from the plan below.  Read it, memorize it, live by it, and things will truly CHANGE for the better.

1. It's alright if people have different opinions and express different emotions from others. You don’t have to arrive at consensus and be meek and mild mannered.  Speak your mind, and voice your personal opinions.  Worship the deity of your choice, openly and free of harm, or worship no deity at all.  The choice is yours, and all choices are allowed.  Gather yourselves together in groups, peacefully.  Bring your complaints to the federal government and demand that they fix it.  Write letters and stories for the press.  If you are the press, bring your opinion into your newspaper and report the stories that you believe are important.  Allow uniqueness to happen; being totally unique is what America is all about.

2. To live free, you must assume the responsibility of protecting that freedom by owning a firearm, ammunition, and knowing exactly when and how to use it.  Network out, and form local and regional groups that, when gathered together, can defend your local and regional areas.

3. During times of peace, it’s your choice to either offer housing to a military soldier or not.  In times of war, check the laws first.

4. Your home is your castle, your nest.  It contains all of your “stuff”.  Know that you and your stuff are safe and secure from law enforcement and military intrusions without a specific Warrant.  A specific Warrant is one that states:  why they want to search, the exact location to be searched, who they hope to arrest, or what they hope to find and take with them as evidence of the crime they claim has been committed.  And the Warrant must be “sworn to” as the real truth by a human being.

5. You can only be charged with a capital crime by a Grand Jury, unless you’re in the military during war or dangerous times. You can only be charged once for the same crime.  In all criminal charges, you never have to witness against yourself. You don't have to explain, define, or engage in any conversation except to maybe say, "I want to speak to my attorney."  No one can take your property or freedom without going through the judicial system.  Your private property cannot be taken for the benefit of the All, the public, without fair and reasonable payment.

6. If you are charged criminally, authorities must explain the charges to you and why they believe you are guilty.  All criminal trials must be held publically in the locale where the crime was committed and soon after a criminal charge has been brought.  In a trial you can question those who witness against you, you can demand that other witnesses testify, and you can have your own defense attorney.

7. In civil legal cases, you can demand a trial by jury if the disputed amount is greater than $20.  Whatever a jury decides in a civil case stands forever.  No court in the land can overturn a jury’s decision in civil matters, unless the rules of common law have not been followed.

The People's Plan cont'd:

8. Excessive bail and fines relative to the crime cannot be imposed by any government, nor can they sentence you to mean or rare punishment.

9. Just because every conceivable given power, action, freedom, or event is not listed in this plan doesn’t mean that the U.S. government or an individual can do it.  It is not possible to think up every scenario, and list it here in this plan.

10. The United States government is empowered to perform only those duties assigned by the Constitution.  The States, also known as “The People”, have all other powers not given to the U.S. government by the Constitution, so long as it also does not restrict the States from those powers.

Do you like this plan?  Can you accept it?  Can you pull your own weight to implement it?  Hopefully so, because it is the Bill of Rights, Amendments 1 through 10, to the Real Plan, the Constitution of the United States of America.  Every elected official, every law enforcement officer, and every military person swears, under oath, to protect, keep safe, and abide by the Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

Print this Plan.  Carry it with you until you know it by heart.  Pass it out to others so they’ll learn about the Plan.  Implement the Plan in your home, in your towns, and in your states.  We are The People.

The foundation of power in the United States of America begins at the bottom with We The People.  It goes up from We The People to the towns, cities, counties, states, and finally, to the U.S. government.  They don’t empower us and tell us what to do . . . We The People empower every elected official, military officer, and government employee, and We The People tell them what to do.

When they don't do what we tell them to do, We The People rise up and demand that it be so. That's the scoop, straight from the mouths of this nation's founders, and part of their plan was that We The People would surely do it.

Our perceptions have been tweaked, and we need to get it clear and straight as to what is true and what is false. If you know the truth, you can't be deceived.

CENSUS FORMS RECEIVED
Americans to Count Residents
Staying in Their Homes on April 1, 2010

The Constitution requires a pure and simple head count, "in such Manner as they shall by Law direct", to be conducted every ten years. Americans have recently been receiving their Census forms for the head count which is to be taken on April 1, 2010.

It's interesting that the only question required to be answered by the Constitution is No. 1, and it's located in the dark blue box on the left, all by itself. The Constitution does not require the remainder of the questions, and they are positioned outside the dark blue box, in the light blue shaded area.

The U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 2 requires an "enumeration" (to ascertain the number of; count) of people living in the states to determine the number of State Representatives and the amount of States' portion of the federal debt for State taxation. State taxation has been replaced with individual income taxes; however, the States have never ratified (approved) individual income taxes.
